Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Oyo, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Focus

  • Successful candidate will oversee the company’s entire regional business activities and sales team observable growth as measured with KPIs; coach, motivate, coordinate, and provide leadership for the sales team to achieve the prerequisite growth in prescriptions, sales & other regional marketing targets.

Job Location and Base

  • South-South & South-East Region (Port Harcourt is the regional base).
  • Lagos Region (Lagos is the regional base).
  • North-Central Region (Abuja is the regional base).
  • South-West Region (Ibadan is the regional base).

Job Requirement / Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Physiology or Biochemistry. An MBA degree may be an advantage.
  • Cognate managerial experience of at least 4 years in Area Sales or Regional Sales Management of pharmaceuticals sales team.
  • Extensive knowledge of the regional business terrain especially institutional and private hospital business of the region.
  • Remarkable man-management, leadership, relationship, negotiation & deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to develop & implement workable business plan in each territory through team member.

Job Title: Area Sales Supervisor (ASSU)

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Oyo, Kano, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Supervising the sales team to ensure the implementation of company’s sales strategy through personal selling and group selling effort to institutions and private hospitals and to ensure the generation of demand for pharmaceutical products and brand acceptance. Ability to achieve regional sales target is critical.

Job Location and Base

  • Port Harcourt – Covers South-South area.
  • Lagos – Covers Lagos area.
  • Abuja – Covers North-Central area.
  • Kano – Covers North-West area.
  • Ibadan- Covers South-West area.

Job Requirements / Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Physiology or Biochemistry.
  • Minimum of 2 years rich managerial experience as an Area Sales Manager in a structured & ethical pharmaceutical products marketing environment.
  • Ability to coach, lead, monitor and supervise sales team activities to ensure achievement of sales target in private and institutional business.
  • Ability to grow regional business through technical and relationship selling to healthcare professionals.
  • Exceptional presentation, influencing, motivating and analytical skills.
