We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ticketer / Customer Service Officer

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Calculate expenses, write and sell ticket to passengers.
  • Help passengers by answering question on travel arrangement.
  • Help passengers to plan for their trips
  • Help to make and confirm reservations.
  • Provide good customer service.
  • Rebook tickets and other arrangements.


  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1- 2 years work experience.
  • Ability to make accurate bookings for customers.
