NoemDek Limited is an EPC Company that provide specialized services to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and FMCGs, etc. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customers’ acquisition and revenue growth targets. To direct and oversees our organization’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. You will be responsible for working with different departments. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary / Purpose

  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
  • Crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met


  • The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO

Skills and Qualifications

  • BSc, MSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
  • Must be a peoples person
  • Must be good at writing proposal and reports
  • Experience setting a sales goal
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Professional certification is also a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication, negotiations, analytical, and presentation skills
