Job Title: Sales Manager – Modern Trade
- B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience in the FMCG industry
- Experience managing a high performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Take responsibility the business in Modern trade channel for both local & international chains;
- Negotiate the business contract with Supermarket chains;
- Plan and control promotion programs, activities and Cost. Especially, cooperated activities in big Event with Customer.
- Allocating the yearly, monthly sales target;
- Make relationship with Top Level Head Quarter of Customer.
- Forming and Plan for Structure of Team.
- Lead and make motivation Team.
- Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned;
- Leading the Modern trade sales team.
- Recruit and training Sales Team.
