Qualifications and Key Accountabilities
- Minimum Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a core engineering discipline.

- Plan, organize, coordinate and optimally manage the overall implementation of company’s drilling and well completion operations, ensuring design and well activities are optimized, understood, planned, resourced and managed within agreed times and budgets
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot major drilling and completion challenges
- Coordinate the preparation of drilling, testing/completion programs. including equipment specification and selection, vendors selection as well as flow modelling, and stress analysis, etc for planned jobs
- Provide forward activities forecast and requirements for continuous activities on the drilling rigs operations.
- Manage the Company’s HSE policy and procedure for drilling and well completions.
- Review cost estimates and controls for drilling and completion activities
- Must have experience in field development plans, execution and management.
- Liaise with project partners, such as geologists and drilling contractors etc. in order to keep up-to-date on all developments that may have an impact on drilling activities.
- Ensuring that drilling and well completion operations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-tasking team.

Job Title: Senior Manager – Facilities Engineering

Description and Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of facilities’ practices and principles in piping, process and facility engineering.
- Must also be competent in conceptual design, FEED, and detailed engineering design, including but not limited to the development /review of PFDs & P&lDs, facility revamps, optimization.
- Debottle necking of Crude Oil Processing Platforms/Flowstation, and Crude Oil Stabilization System.
