We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Jakande -Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Contract

Job Descriptions

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude in person or on the telephone
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Attend to visitors or clients inquiries
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Prepare minute of meeting and training rooms
  • Sort and distribute mails
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area.

Requirements

  • Telephone skills.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Microsoft office skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Handles pressure.
  • Available to work at Jakande, Lekki
  • Preferably female and a Corp Member.

Salary
N25,000 Monthly.
