Job Title: Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • Prepare and present design proposal to clients
  • Supervise and involve in the building process
  • Site visitation to check on progress
  • Interpret drawings
  • Produce detailed drawings
  • Deals with problem that may arise during building
  • Attend meeting with clients, contractors and other specialists
  • Negotiate with contractors and other professionals.


  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an architect
  • Ability to start and finish a building project
  • Good drawing skills, with the ability to work with 3D, AutoCAD or sketchUp.
  • Passionate about buildings
  • Must have construction experience
  • Be able to organize projects
  • Available to work at Lekki, Lagos.


  • N80,000.00 monthly

Job Title: Business Developer Manager

Location: Agungi, Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Conduct research to identify new markets
  • Develop business management goals and objective that tend to growth
  • Keep records of sales, revenues, invoices etc.
  • Promote the company’s products
  • Develop growth strategy that will focus both on financial gain and customer’s satisfaction
  • Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of business process and procedures
  • Manage the overall operations


  • Knowledge and experience in business, supervisor and management
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a business manager
  • Marketing skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Available to work at Agungi, Lagos
  • Social media savvy
  • Experienced business developer

N70,000.00 / Month

Job Title: Driver

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • Transport staff from one place to another
  • Carry out vehicle maintenance checks
  • Deliver packages and purchase items
  • Arrange vehicle repairs when necessary
  • Other duties as designed by the management.


  • A valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a driver
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using GPS device
  • Available to work at Lekki, Lagos.


  • N40,000 monthly.
