Job Title: Accountant

Description / Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 1 – 10 years experience.

Job Title: Customer Care Personnel

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Build and develop positive relationship with new and current clients.
  • Reply to business partners generated sales.
  • Recommend to clients on investments and securities.
  • Handle sales meetings daily and identify financial needs and objectives.
  • Prepare coherent, precise and consistent investment paperwork.
  • Manage productive management and staff relationships.
  • Establish productive relationships with wholesalers to update on contemporary product design and selling techniques.
  • Track activities through client relationship management system.
  • Reply to supplement business development generated leads.
  • Strengthen centers of influence and financial professionals’ relationships.
  • Develop current and new clients through ethical sales methods,

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Minimum 3 – 10 years work experience.
