Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in reaching peak performance
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Manage, coordinate and arrange CEO’s day-to-day calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

Job Specification

Salary
N150,000 – 200,000 / Month.

Job Title: Personal Fitness Trainer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Demonstrating exercises and routines to clients
  • Assisting clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
  • Modify exercises according to clients’ fitness levels
  • Monitoring client progress
  • Providing information or resources on general fitness and health issues
  • Providing emergency first aid if necessary
  • Facilitate Group Exercise classes

Job Specifications

  • 2 years experience in Personal Training Services.
  • Degree: University graduates (Human Kinetics) + H10
  • Energetic, good interpersonal skills
  • Has good understanding of the body composition analysis, fitness routines, nutrition and supplementation
  • Excellent time keeping and organizational skills
  • Has the ability to deliver a high level of customer care
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and drive
  • Has the ability to use information technology for a range of purposes including record keeping, class scheduling, session reminders, sales and invoicing, client and group management and analyzing your clients’ progress.

Salary
N40,000 / Month.

Job Title: Head Sales / Branch Optimization

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Branch sales activities
  • Engage in strategic partnerships and outdoor/corporate sales activities
  • Galvanize/supervise branch staff towards achieving targets
  • Work with related departments to resolve branch-related problems

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 8 – 10 years experience.
  • Up to 10 years plus experience in sales & marketing and not less than 5-years in managing a team.
  • Excellent customer service/ customer experience skills
  • Highly analytical, creative
  • Experience with corporate/outdoor sales transactions
  • Leadership/supervisory skills
  • Good understanding of subscription related businesses
  • Industry experience: Banking/Insurance/HMO
  • Hospitality.

Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 monthly.
