Kwik Delivery – We are a new start-up platform company in the logistics market in Nigeria committed to offering reliable and secure parcel shipping services within large metropolitan areas. Operations started in Lagos in Q2 2019.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Vendor Manager

Location: Lagos

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with various Vendors to ascertain their products, services and pricing
  • Creation of products with right and appropriate description for each product
  • Define quality image standard and ensure uniformity
  • Define and align products with appropriate category
  • Continuous audit of categories and products for price discrepancies
  • Interface with Vendors to ensure smooth and error free onboarding
  • Continuous monitoring of Vendors product sales and trend
  • Maintain and sustain relationship with Vendors.

What You’ll Bring

  • B.A / B.Sc Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in ecommerce vendor management or content management
  • 3+ years of experience in Vendor / Content Management or similar role
  • Ease of use of Microsoft Office and a variety of tech platforms
  • Intermediate to advanced excel and google sheet skills.

  • An excellent communicator, conscientious and great work ethics
  • A good listener, very attentive and a fast learner that is knowledgeable about the company’s products

Job Title: Reconciliation Specialist

Location: Lagos

What You’ll Do

  • Daily reconciliation of cash collections against remittance
  • Proactive tracking of remittance to ensure strict adherence and completeness
  • Develop process and model managing exceptions
  • Develop an actionable framework for efficient management of cash collection, remittance and pay-out
  • Prompt resolution of reconciliation discrepancies
  • Identify gaps and leakages in reconciliation processes and proffer solution
  • Generate daily reports and insights
  • Make recommendations to management on reconciliation improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • BA / B.Sc Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Account or similar role
  • Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records
  • Ease of use of Microsoft Office and a variety of tech platforms
  • Intermediate to advanced excel and google sheet skills.
