Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Type: Permanent

Job Brief

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage an organization of key client projects.
  • As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate  systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a project administrator is an added advantage
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized, analytical, ability to motivate and manage others
  • B.Sc/ HND in Accounting, Business Administration and other related fields
  • Candidate must reside in Ibadan

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Type: Permanent

Job Brief

  • We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company goals.
  • The Business Development Officer’s responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals.
  • You should also ensure that the company is able to achieve revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales reports, and provide strategies to Trim overhead and increase profit
  • Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact
  • Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business utilizing company services
  • Provide coaching and training to subordinate Business Developers
  • Generate sales presentations as well as assist junior developers with theirs
  • Maintain positive growth in your market area
  • Respond to all issues with prompt attention
  • Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Requirements

  • HND, BSc. in business administration and any other related field.
