We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Product Development and Innovation

Location: Lagos

Requirements
Successful Candidate Must:

  • Have Experience in Product development in Technology and Tech-Enabled Industries
  • Understand Enterprise Sofware Product Lifecycles
  • Research and analyze market conditions
  • Define the long term strategy of the product and create a product road map
  • Understands Enterprise  Technology and the pace of digital transformation in enterprise organizations.
  • Be proficient in relevant software applications
  • Must have a clear understanding of B2B Business environments.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Up to 10 years post-university experience some of which must be in software development or product management role.

Responsibilities

  • Developing New Enterprise Tech products
  • Innovating on Existing products
  • Developing Product Go to market
  • Product Launces
  • Identifying opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
