Job Title: Field Sales Agent

The Position

  • As a Field Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of Renmoney to our customers. You’ll focus on attracting new clients and maximizing profitability within your sales portfolio.
  • You’ll work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, product education, and turning interested people into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet required financial targets/sales budgets
  • Meet performance, KPIs, service level, quality standards, and customer satisfaction rates/standards
  • Obtain customer information and determine eligibility of customers by comparing information received with requirements
  • Provide correct and complete information to customers on the organization’s products and services
  • Ensure correct and complete documentation of customer interactions according to standard operating procedures
  • Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures for business improvement

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree from an accredited university
  • 2-5 years’ experience in retail sales
