Estate Manager in a Real Estate Consultancy Firm


A real Estate consultancy and property brokerage firm is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Reporting to the CEO, his brief is to the head of the firm.
  • He must be able to identify and prospect for real estate opportunities, marketing for them, and also supervising the property development department.

Ideal Candidates must have the following qualifications, experience and characteristics:

  • HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management (additional qualifications is a distinct advantage) with at least 6 years experience.
  • Extensive Marketing contacts and very strong flair for agency practice in Lagos State
  • Proven ability to deliver and meet targets and projections
  • High level of initiative, ability to withstand pressure and loves challenges
  • Very strong analytical, interpersonal, oral/written communication and computer skills
  • Ability to drive and a good knowledge of Lagos routes
  • Performance-driven bonus and other incentives
  • Candidate must be between age 30-40 years.
