Estate Coordinator/ Manager in a Residential Association
A Residential Association in Lekki, Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Estate Coordinator / Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Arrange and organise Residents monthly meeting
- Issue notices, prepare and circularise minutes of meeting to all Residents.
- Ensure monthly minimum payment of 50 % of invoices due by Residents.
- Liaise between the Association’s members of the Executives and all the Residents
- Any other assignment the Executive may give to the Manager
- Liaise with Security Company /Operatives on behalf of the Association.
- Mobilise Residents to join the Association.
- Issue monthly due invoices to Residents and ensure they all pay their dues promptly.
- Liaise with other staffs of the Association.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 3-10 years work experience.
