We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and orders online and offline in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update tracker for fulfilled orders across all social media channels, phone, and email
  • Resolve all customers’s issues appropriately.
  • Respond effectively with all necessary information in the company’s brand voice
  • Craft appropriate responses to customers and manage time effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Innovative and Problemsolving skills
  • Ability to effectively interact and close orders via social media, phone, or email.
