Job Title: Customer Care Officer
- Respond to customer inquiries and orders online and offline in a timely manner
- Maintain and update tracker for fulfilled orders across all social media channels, phone, and email
- Resolve all customers’s issues appropriately.
- Respond effectively with all necessary information in the company’s brand voice
- Craft appropriate responses to customers and manage time effectively
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Innovative and Problemsolving skills
- Ability to effectively interact and close orders via social media, phone, or email.
