Rossland Group since the year 2000 provides market research and management consulting services to clients in the private and public sectors within and outside Nigeria. In 2013, it expanded the scope of its services to include Professional Background Screening and Business Brokerage. In 2015 and 2016, it added franchise consulting and recruitment services respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification.
  • 3-6 years experience.
  • Very smart and hardworking
  • Previous experience in logistics and courier services is a Must
  • Experienced in Field Sales and Marketing and Business Development
  • Ability to Run a Logistics and courier services Independently with in-depth knowledge of the business
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Ability to learn fast and work with no supervision
  • Ability to work as a team to meet Group Targets
  • Ability to work individually to meet individual Targets
  • Purpose and Target driven and a Smart Worker
  • Ability to Multi task
  • Must be based in Abuja

Salary Range
N80,000 – N100.000 monthly.
