Job Description

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development and Operations Manager who will help Promovers expand her clientele, manager client relationship, and improve sales and marketing process.


  • B.Sc in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years work experience.
  • Professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Confident and outgoing

Skills and Competencies:

  • Aggressive sales drive and closure.
  • Leadership Skills
  • Project Management knowledge and experience
  • Outdoor advertising knowledge and experience
  • Logistics and warehousing experience


  • Find and develop new markets and improve existing ones.
  • Manage relationship with clients.
  • Carryout sales administrative operations.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and oversee operational activities.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
