We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Objective

  • Work in the account unit and carry out the functions of an Account officer, while paying attention to detail to ensure the goals of the unit are achieved.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Process invoices, record payments and track expenses;
  • Processing bank deposits and all associated entries;
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities;
  • Administer account receivables and account payable.

Requirements

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance;
  • 1 – 3 years work experience;
  • Good knowledge of accounting procedures and excel;
  • Comfortable with numbers and detail-oriented;
  • Knowledge of Auditing would be an added advantage.

Job Title: Ware-House Operative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Objective

  • Organize the warehouse in such a manner to facilitate easy verification and movement of stock.
  • Picking and packing of pharmaceutical products in line with laid down processes and procedures.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Responsible to the warehouse team leader;
  • Picking & Packing of Orders to customers;
  • Verification of product orders according to customer specifications;
  • Final Dispatch Verification;
  • Record of daily productivity, including completion of all Customer information sheets;
  • Placing of receipted goods into correct locations;
  • Conduct monthly stock audits;
  • Maintain good house-keeping, 5S;
  • Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met;
  • Health & Safety Awareness and implementation;
  • Undertake other duties which may arise or as may be delegated from time to time.

Requirements

  • OND in any field;
  • Demonstrable high level of energy;
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Ability to act quickly and initiate ideas to resolve challenges;
  • Ability to follow instructions and work schedules;
